How long does it take to see results?

Real and lasting results take time. They take consistency. Most clients start to notice meaningful changes in strength and body composition in 8-12 weeks on consistent effort. Amanda sets realistic, achievable and measurable goals with you based on your desired results.
How does online coaching actually work?

You receive your custom program through a coaching app where you can log your workouts, send video for form feedback, and message me directly. We meet via video call for check-ins. It is real coaching delivered online.

How much does coaching cost?

Pricing is covered on your discovery call, as it varies by program and duration. This is premium 1:1 coaching- not a subscription app. You work directly with Amanda who knows your name, your needs, and develops a program specifically for you.
Do you work with women in perimenopause or menopause?

Yes- and this is one of the most critical periods to have the right program. Hormonal shifts directly affect muscle retention, bone density, and body composition. Your programming and nutrition strategy account for all of it. This is a specialty, not an afterthought.
What equipment do I need to get started?

That depends on your access to equipment — we discuss it on your discovery call. Amanda works with women who have full gym access, home gyms, or minimal equipment. Your program is built around what you actually have.
I am in my 50’s. Is it too late to start strength training?

Absolutely not. Women in their 50’s, 60s and 70’s respond remarkably well to progressive strength training. It improves bone density, muscle mass, balance, and quality of life. Some of Amanda’s strongest clients started in their 60s.
Do I need training experience to work with you?

Not at all. Amanda’s programming is designed for women who are new to strength training or returning after a long break. We start exactly where you are — safely and without ego.
